In 2020, while the world was slowing down, Franco Carne Seca was just getting started right here in the heart of Oklahoma City.
We saw a gap in the market: the snack aisles were filled with mass-produced, rubbery jerky full of chemicals and mystery ingredients. We knew Oklahomans deserved something better—something "Franco." In Spanish, Franco means frank, honest, and direct. That became our promise.
Since our founding, we’ve stayed true to the traditional methods of crafting authentic carne seca. We don't use shortcuts, and we don't use fillers. We use premium cuts of beef, bold spices, and the patience required to get that perfect, traditional crunch.
